It is understood the victim, 44 years of driving his vehicle at a minimum speed of shock after the sudden breaking of a man before getting out of the car.
Cheras police chief Assistant Commissioner Mohan Singh said the victim was shocked after a man was seen lying on the street in front of the vehicle, but the victim is not injured.

"They removed all the money amounting to RM1, 240 before the release of the victim.
"The actions of the victim made a police report lead to four suspects were detained at 4.30 pm is successful," he said.
He said two of them, including the suspect who acted as an accident victim managed to escape during the raid.
