Black Board alleged burglary, rape fear the people.

Girls in 20 villages and residential amenity Ketari, Bentong are advised not to walk alone, especially at night to avoid becoming victims 'black board' that concern the people of the past two weeks because it is a criminal burglary and rape.

In this regard, the Acting District Police Chief Bentong, Deputy Superintendent Mohd Nor Mohamad Mansor, asking people increasing patrols at night in their neighborhood and clean up the bushes of potential hiding places of criminals. 

Mohamad Mansor said his ministry is identifying several suspects after details of the investigation before taking further action. 

"Do not believe rumors of a black board, we are confining the investigation to obtain evidence to act," he said when contacted by The Star here yesterday. 

He was commenting on concerns of residents in the State Assembly (DUN) Ketari on a black board like the small-sized oil is believed to practice black magic that interfere with other underage girls broke into the house. 

Meanwhile, the Mufti of Pahang, Datuk Abdul Rahman Othman, also asked people there to get more accurate reports from the authorities on the matter to prevent people affected by the news as yet unknown validity. 

He advised them to enhance neighborliness and security measures, including installing lights to describe the home environment. 

"For the Muslim community, the better desires, and Have lots of prayers invented to read the Quran and remembrance to avoid bad things happening in their homes," he said when contacted here yesterday. 

Ketari assemblyman Datuk Dr Ng Chye Keong called for more vigilant villagers and increasing patrols in their area. 

"The police also patrol and we hope that people can work with police to ensure harmony in their respective areas," he said.
