Magical Gift serah JHEAIK ask themselves solve the case 11 years to marry slave

KOTA BHARU: Department of Religious Affairs Kelantan (JHEAIK) asks Che Shamsudin Derahman or better known as "Magical Gift" to submit to the department to resolve several issues, including cases with a marriage of girls aged 11 years.

Principal Assistant Director of Enforcement Law Shariah JHEAIK, Ab Aziz Mohd Noor, said his office has yet to detect Shamsudin, 41, who disappeared and is currently working with authorities around the country to track the man.

"Magical Gift must be present to face trial mufarakah it (separated while) but brought to court to prove her marriage is valid according to Family Law Enactment of Islamic State of Kelantan in 2002," reported here today. In the incident recently, Siti Nur Zubaidah Hussain, 11, who dikahwinkan with Shamsudin found at 6.30 pm at the Madrasah Al-Ikhwan, Taman Samudera Jaya, Batu Caves, Selangor 23 days after they married.

Prior to this, Shamsudin have time to marry her himself, Hadhirah Nur, 10, with another friend congregation known as the "Azhar" in a car.

On March 15 last, parents to apply for orders Siti Nur Zubaidah mufarakah separated while in the Syariah High Court here against marriage is dubious.

Commenting on the issue, Mohd Ab Aziz said, Shamsudin now being investigated under Section 6602 in connection mufarakah, Section 8 (married with a girl under age), Section 37 (marry himself) and Section 40 enactment that (her own daughters in marriage to another man) that each provides a fine of RM1, 000 or imprisonment of six months.
Mohd Ab Aziz said, only the syariah court can decide only whether the marriage is valid Magical Gift does not include actions or her own to marry another man.

He said the department also is investigating a group of religious pilgrims accompanied Shamsudin whether it consists Tablighi Jamaat or otherwise. - Bernama
